A new sportiness

At the End of April’s the time: that’s when the SIGMA 10 is coming on the market. The new cross country wing is the result of an exhaustive development process. A fresh technical environment was set up for the SIGMA 10 to completely free it from the previous model, and another 11% fewer line meters has been achieved. The performance increase is mind-blowing. The new profile is well-balanced in pitch, and good directional stability contributes to relaxed flying over long distances. Even so, the SIGMA 10 has the spritely handling that allows the pilot to feel the sportiness of the wing. Pure flying fun is guaranteed.

3D Diamond Shaping introduces a completely new technological feature. A new approach to 3D Shaping enabled us to improve seam bunching, and better manage fabric distortion at the leading edge, so producing an even smoother wing surface – and better performance. Tension and weight–optimised Sliced Diagonals achieve perfect load distribution inside the wing, and Mini-ribs contribute to a smooth trailing edge. The wing is built with ADVANCE Quality-Lightweight technique and the 25 weighs a mere 4.9 kg. Certification was achieved without the use of folding lines.

Last but not least, the SIGMA 10 catches the eye with distinctive aesthetics and elegance. Together with fabric manufacturer Porcher Sport, ADVANCE has developed a new “Spectra Green” color.
